Abstract (en)
This actuator comprises, in a casing (1) divided by a partition (1a) into two compartments, the front pneumatic compartment (1b) and the rear hydraulic compartment (1c), in each of which slide pistons respectively integral in displacement (2 and 6), the rear piston (6) dividing the rear compartment (1c) into two spaces (V1 and V2), it being possible for the front compartment (1b) to be supplied by three fluid inlets (P1-P2-P3), (P1) being placed at the front of the casing so as to push back the pistons (2 and 6) by the maximum amount, (P2) placed in the vicinity of the partition (1a) ensuring the reverse movement, whilst the inlet (P3), situated between (P1) and (P2), displaces a piston (4), the stem (5) of which serves as a slide valve for a distributor opening or closing the passage between the spaces (V1 and V2). This pressure intensifier finds application, in particular, in presses. <IMAGE>

Ce vérin comprend, dans ce boîtier (1) divisé par une cloison (1a) en deux compartiments, le compartiment antérieur pneumatique (1b) et le compartiment postérieur hydraulique (1c), dans chacun desquels coulissent des pistons solidaires en déplacement respectivement (2 et 6), le piston arrière (6) divisant le compartiment arrière (1c) en deux volumes (V1 et V2), le compartiment antérieur (1b) pouvant être alimenté par trois entrées de fluide (P1-P2-P3), (P1) étant placé à l'avant du boîtier de manière à faire reculer au maximum les pistons (2 et 6), (P2) placé au voisinage de la cloison (1a) assurant le mouvement inversé, alors que l'entrée (P3),située entre (P1) et (P2) déplace un piston (4) dont la queue (5) sert de tiroir à un distributeur ouvrant ou fermant le passage entre les volumes (V1 et V2). Ce multiplicateur de pression trouve en particulier application dans les presses.
