Abstract (en)
1. A rotating joint for multiconductor cables, consisting of a coupling sleeve (10) containing the conductor connections at the appliance side and a substantially axially symmetrical connecting piece (15) which is rotatably mounted on the coupling sleeve and receives the end (2) of the cable and its conductor connections through a kink preventing socket (1), slip rings (6, 7) of different diameters and contact springs (5, 12) bearing against these being provided in an axially staggered arrangement to make contact with the conductors at the appliance side and at the cable side, characterised in that the connecting piece (15) is entirely inserted axially in the coupling sleeve (10) and detachably secured therein and is rotatably mounted in the coupling sleeve (10) at its two axial ends by means of bearing elements (4, 18, 11, 16), the slip rings (6, 7) being disposed on the connecting piece (15) and the contact springs (5, 12) being disposed on the coupling sleeve (10), each axially between the bearing elements (4, 18, 11, 16).

Drehkupplung für Mehrleiterkabel (2), bestehend aus einer die geräteseitigen Leiteranschlüsse enthaltenden Kupplungshülse(10) und einem an dieser drehbar gelagerten, das Kabelende (2) und dessen Leiteranschlüsse über eine Knickschutztülle aufnehmenden im wesentlichen rotationssymmetrischen Anschlußstück (15), wobei zur Kontaktierung der geräteseitigen und der kabelseitigen Leiter Schleifringe (6, 7) unterschiedlichen Durchmessers und an diesen anliegende Kontaktfedern (5, 12) in axial versetzter Anordnung vorgesehen sind.
