The printing machine comprises at least two printing units for perfecting, which are arranged one after the other in the running direction of the printing carrier web and each have two plate cylinders and two blanket cylinders, the printing carrier web being guided between the latter. In order to avoid oscillations which lead to the impairment of the print, the longitudinal axes of the two blanket cylinders of one printing unit in projection are positioned at an angle relative to each other on a tangential plane placed through the printing line on one blanket cylinder. Eine Rollenoffset-Rotationsdruckmaschine umfaßt mindestens zwei in Laufrichtung der Druckträgerbahn hintereinander angeordnete, je zwei Plattenzylinder und zwei Gummizylinder aufweisende Druckwerke für Schön- und Widerdruck, zwischen deren Gummizylindern die Druckträgerbahn hindurchgeführt wird. Um Schwingungen, die zur Beeinträchtigung des Druckes führen, zu vermeiden, sind die Längsachsen der beiden Gummizylinder eines Druckwerkes in der Projektion auf eine durch die Drucklinie an einen Gummizylinder gelegte tangentiale Ebene schräg zueinander gestellt. Dabei liegen die Längsachsen in zur tangentialen Ebene parallelen Ebenen.
