The actuation device has an electrically actuable drive device, a switch for switching the drive device on and off and a rotatable and displaceable actuation member for triggering the drive movement and setting the driving direction, in which case forward or reverse movement can be set by rotating said actuation member in the one or the other direction of rotation. The purpose of the invention is to improve the actuation device with a simple construction in such a way that a simple switch-over from one driving direction to another is possible. This is achieved in that the switch is a reversing switch (10) which has three switch positions and effects forward travel in one outer position, reverse travel in its other outer position and, in its central position, switches off the drive device, the actuation member (5, 6) having oblique surfaces (21) which are inclined in opposite directions to one another and which meet passing conductor elements (22, 23) when the actuation member is displaced into its central position. <IMAGE>

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Betätigungseinrichtung für ein Spielfahrzeug mit einer elektrisch ansteuerbaren Antriebseinrichtung, einem Schalter zum Ein- und Ausschalten der Antriebseinrichtung und einem drehbaren und verschiebbaren Betätigungsglied zum Auslösen der Fahrbewegung und Einstellen der Fahrtrichtung, wobei durch dessen Verdrehen in die eine oder andere Drehrichtung Vor- oder Rückwärtsfahrt einstellbar sind. Es ist der Zweck der Erfindung, die Betätigungseinrichtung bei einfacher Bauart so zu verbessern, daß eine einfache Umschaltung von einer Fahrtrichtung in die andere möglich ist. Dies wird dadurch erreicht, daß der Schalter ein Umpolschalter (10) mit drei Schaltstellungen ist, der in seiner einen Außenstellung Vorwärtsfahrt bewirkt, der in seiner anderen Außenstellung Rückwärtsfahrt bewirkt und der in seiner Mittelstellung die Antriebseinrichtung abschaltet, wobei das Betätigungsglied (5, 6) einander entgegengesetzt geneigte Schrägflächen (21) aufweist, die bei seiner Verschiebung auf seine Mittelstellung herbeiführende Leitelemente (22, 23) treffen.
