[origin: WO8402896A1] This invention relates to the problem of packaging liquid saturated towels in a dispensing container. Most disposable containers for dispensing disposable folded towels are made of thin paper board and are not suitable for containing the liquids of waxes used to saturate cleaning towels or are not readibly reclosable. Further the existing packaging is either relatively expensive in material or not convient to store. To solve these problems a simple and economic disposable container (3) is disclosed for retaining and dispensing treated folded towels (10). The container (3) allows for easy reinsertion of the towels into the container and has an opening which is easily resealably closable. The container (3) is made of a flexible water-impermeable envelope (9) having in its interior space, a movable apertured stiffening plate (11). The dispensing opening of the container (3) is closable by interlocking closure members (7, 8).
