[origin: WO8402864A1] A fine powder is prepared by directing a high velocity stream of molten droplets at a repellent surface. Droplets which impact the surface are fragmented and solidified to form a very fine powder having smoothly curvilinear surfaces and diameters less than about 10 micrometers.
