Abstract (en)
A reinforcement spacer, in particular for steel reinforcement elements to be incorporated horizontally into concrete building elements. Spacers of this type have previously been designed as three-dimensional shaped parts which comprise a plurality of supporting legs with horizontal connecting rods and are provided with hook-shaped pick-ups. These shaped parts are intended to lift a lower armouring mat laid on shuttering to an intended distance from the shuttering, and simultaneously serve as a support for a second (upper) armouring mat and to hold the two mats in their correct position with respect to the shuttering during introduction of concrete. According to the invention, a hook-shaped pick-up with a blocking element acting on one side is mounted on a (preferably central) supporting leg of the spacers, and, in cooperation with the supports arranged on the adjacent supporting legs, a rod of the lower armouring mat after grasping with a position tilted by about 90 degrees and after alignment into an approximately vertical position of the supporting legs, ensures particularly easy introduction of the armouring mat and secure holding of the mat in its intended installation position. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Abstandshalter für Bewehrungen, insbesondere für in horizontaler Lage in Betonbauteile einzubauende Stahlarmierungen. Derartige Abstandshalter wurden schon als aus mehreren Stand- und Stütz-Beinen mit horizontalen Verbindungsstäben bestehende und mit hakenförmigen Aufnehmern versehene dreidimensionale Formteile ausgeführt. Diese sind dazu bestimmt, eine untere auf eine Schalung aufgelegte Armierungsmatte in einen vorgesehenen Abstand von der Schalung anzuheben, gleichzeitig als Auflager für eine zweite -obere- Armierungsmatte zu dienen und beide Matten während des Einbringens von Beton in ihrer richtigen Lage gegenüber der Schalung zu halten. Erfindungsgemäß ist an einem - vorzugsweise mittleren - Standbein der Abstandshalter ein hakenförmiger Aufnehmer mit einseitig wirkendem Sperrelement angebracht, der im Zusammenwirken mit den benachbarten Standbeinen angeordneten Auflagern einen Stab der unteren Armierungsmatte nach dem Erfassen mit um ca. 90 gekippter Lage und dem Aufrichten in etwa vertikale Lage der Standbeine ein besonders leichtes Verbringen der Armierungsmatte und ihr sicheres Halten der Matten in ihrer vorgesehenen Einbau-Lage gewährleistet.
