[origin: WO8403276A1] The fire-proof lining for coal gasifiers producing reduction gas is comprised at least partially of non-calcined carbonaceous magnesia stones having a carbon content comprised between 5 and 30 % by weight. The components of those magnesia stones composed of sintered and/or melted magnesia have conveniently a Fe2O3 content lower than 6 % by weight, preferably under 1.5 % by weight, and a SiO2 content lower than 3 % by weight, preferably under 1 % by weight.

Le revêtement incombustible de gazéificateurs de charbon pour la production de gaz réducteur se compose au moins en partie de pierres de magnésie non-calcinée contenant du carbone avec une teneur en carbone de 5 à 30 % en poids. Les composants de ces pierres de magnésie composés de magnésie frittée et/ou fondue ont de manière appropriée une teneur en Fe2O3 inférieure à 6 % en poids, de préférence à 1,5 % en poids, et une teneur en SiO2 inférieure à 3 % en poids, de préférence à 1 % en poids.
