[origin: EP0135660A2] In a packaging carton for bottles which is folded together in a cuboid shape from a single-piece blank carton board and the side walls of which are subdivided by folding edges (11, 15), each upper covering wall (13, 14) is provided with cutting lines (24) extending spaced apart in parallel for a handle piece (22, 23). The cutting lines (24) extend inside the covering walls (13, 14) at right angles to the folding edges (15) and extend in extension at an acute angle into the adjacent side walls (12). These cutting lines (24) end in bore holes (29) in the side walls (12). Additionally, perforation lines (30) begin from the bore holes (29), extend outwards and allow the two upper corner parts to be separated and a presentation carton can be formed. <IMAGE>
