[origin: WO8403527A1] Preparation of cellulose pulp by treating lignocellulose material such as wood, bagasse, etc. in solid phase after impregnation with a chemical reactant, the quantity of aqueous solution during such treatment being very much reduced, from 1 to 3 times the weight of lignocellulose material, hence very much lower than that of other processes. The cooking is carried out at atmospheric pressure or under low pressure conditions, and in the first case the impregnation solution contains a third substance, such as a solvent having a high boiling point of the glycol type, with a fatty acid salt, etc. to optionally lower the melting point of alcaline or alcaline earth reactants under approximately 190<o>C. After cooking, a black liquor which is directly combustible is obtained by pressing.

Préparation de pâte cellulosique par traitement d'une matière ligno-cellulosique comme du bois, de la bagasse, etc. en phase solide après imprégnation avec un réactif chimique, la quantité de solution acqueuse pendant ce traitement étant très réduite, de 1 à 3 fois le poids de la matière ligno-cellulosique, donc très inférieure à celle d'autres procédés. La cuisson a lieu à pression atmosphérique ou sous faible pression, et dans le permier cas la solution d'imprégnation contient un tiers corps, comme un solvant de point d'ébullition élevé type glycol, un sel d'acide gras, etc. pouvant abaisser le point de fusion des réactifs alcalins ou alcalino-terreux au dessous de 190oC. environ. Par pressage, après cuisson on obtient une liqueur noire directement combustible.
