1. Method for the wet treatment and drying of textile yarn packages, by a) Placing of the yarn packages on yarn package supports of a support system, b) Introduction of the support system fitted with yarn packages into a wet treatment vessel, c) Wet treatment of the yarn packages in the wet treatment vessel, d) Draining-off of the treatment mixture from the wet treatment vessel, e) Transfer of the support system, fitted with yarn packages, from the wet treatment vessel into a centrifuge, f) Centrifuging of the yarn packages for removing the residual quantity of treatment mixture, g) Wet after-treatment (rinsing with fresh water) of the yarn packages, h) Renewed centrifuging for removing the residual quantity of rinsing water, wherein process steps g) and h) are repeated several times, i) Drying of the yarn packages.
Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung befaßt sich mit der Naßbehandlung und Trocknung textiler Wickelkörper mit dem Ziel der Reduzierung der manuellen Handhabung und der besseren Wirtschaftlichkeit. Hierzu wird im Anschluß an den Naßbehandlungsvorgang, beispielsweise den Färbevorgang, nach Ablaufenlassen der Naßbehandlungsflotte die im Textilgut noch enthaltene Flotten-Restmenge durch Zentrifugieren reduziert, worauf der erste Nachbehandlungsschritt. beispielsweise ein Spülschritt, mit anschließender abermaliger Zentrifugierung folgt. Nach dem letzten Nachbehandlungsschritt und dem darauffolgenden Zentrifugieren findet die Trocknung statt. Wesentlich neben dem Zentrifugieren vor bzw. nach jedem einzelnen Nachbehandiungsschritt ist auch das komplette Umsetzen des gesamten zuvor behandelten Textilguts ohne etwaige vorausgehende Vereinzelung oder dergleichen.
