This screen comprises a plurality of active screening elements (3) mounted on a number of shafts (4) driven in rotation by one or more motors (5). The ballast elements having less than the prescribed size fall between these screening elements (3) through the effect of gravity, the latter elements conveying the residual ballast elements towards the outlet end (B) of the screen. <IMAGE>

Crible pour l'élimination d'une partie des terres et des éléments du ballast d'une dimension inférieure à un calibre prescrit. Ce crible comporte une pluralité d'éléments de criblage actifs (3) montés sur plusieurs arbres (4) entraînés en rotation par un ou plusieurs moteurs (5). Les éléments du ballast inférieur au calibre prescrit tombent par gravité entre ces éléments de criblage (3) et ces derniers transportent les éléments restants du ballast vers l'extrémité de sortie (B) du crible.
