Abstract (en)
The invention relates to an impact mill (10) with horizontally mounted rotor (16) which bears beater blades (18) and over which a run-in impact space (20) is located. The grinding path (28) and large parts of the walls surrounding the rotor have a closing armouring (26). Below the run-in a discharge channel (30) runs obliquely upwards. Arranged on an impact space delimitation (25) is a stripper impact surface (36) which can be adjusted towards the rotor. At least from a hollow channel (45) onwards the discharge channel widens to a discharge box (40) with perpendicularly angled impact wall (42). In the lower part, the discharge channel receives a material buffer (50), a floor flap (52) being attached to the lowest point in order to mount the said buffer. In order to set the discharge gap (48), the lower delimitation (32) of the discharge channel can be adjustable, namely swivellable about a joint (62) arranged below the rotor shaft (56). The housing (12) can be seated on a caterpillar gear (64).

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Prallmühle (10) mit waagrecht gelagertem Rotor (16), der Schlagleisten (18) trägt und über dem sich ein Einlauf-Prallraum (20) befindet. Die Mahlbahn (28) und große Teile der den Rotor umgebenden Wandungen haben eine Schleißpanzerung (26). Unter dem Einlauf führt ein Auslaufkanal (30) schräg aufwärts. An einer Prallraum-Begrenzung (25) ist eine zum Rotor hin verstellbare Abstreifer-Prallfläche (36) angeordnet. Zumindest von einer Hohlkehle (45) an erweitert sich der Auslaufkanal zu einem Austragkasten (40) mit senkrecht abgewinkelter Prallwand (42). Im unteren Teil nimmt der Auslaufkanal einen Materialpuffer (50) auf, zu dessen Ausbringung an der niedrigsten Stelle eine Bodenklappe (52) angebracht ist. Zur Einstellung des Austragspalts (48) kann die untere Begrenzung (32) des Auslaufkanals verstellbar, namentlich um ein unterhalb der Rotorwelle (56) angeordnetes Gelenk (62) schwenkbar sein. Das Gehäuse (12) kann auf einem Raupenfahrwerk (64) sitzen.
