Abstract (en)
For early detection of a weaving fault there is provided, in the immediate vicinity of the weaving tools (12, 16) of a weaving machine, a sensing means which consists of at least one source of radiation (17) and a detection means (20) comprising numerous measuring cells. The detection means becomes active in synchronicity with the movement of the weaving machine only in those phases where the weaving tools (12, 16) are not present in the optical pathway between the source of radiation (17) and the detection means (20). The measured values are multiplied by individual correction factors which are obtained in the first sensing cycle as a function of the average of all the corrected measured signals. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Um einen Webfehler frühzeitig feststellen zu können, ist in unmittelbarer Nähe der Webwerkzeuge (12,16) einer Webmaschine eine Abtasteinrichtung angeordnet, die aus mindestens einer Strahlungsquelle (17) und aus einer Empfangseinrichtung (20) mit zahlreichen Meßzellen besteht. Die Abtasteinrichtung wird synchron mit dem Bewegungsablauf der Webmaschine nur in denjenigen Phasen aktiv, in denen sich die Webwerkzeuge (12, 16) nicht in dem Strahlenweg zwischen der Strahlungsquelle (17) und der Empfangseinrichtung (20) befinden. Die Meßwerte werden mit individuellen Korrekturfaktoren multipliziert, welche in Abhängigkeit von dem Mittelwert sämtlicher korrigierter Meßsignale beim ersten Abtastzyklus erhalten werden.
