Abstract (en)
An apparatus for shrinking and finishing textile webs contains in a housing (1) three superposed endless conveyor belts (3.1, 3.2, 3.3), on which lies a premoistened web (6) as it travels through the treatment stations. An entry conveyor belt (11) forwards the web (6) to the first conveyor belt (3.1), where it is heated with the aid of a high-frequency heating means (7). A transfer belt (10) forwards the hot, still moist web (6) without tension to the second conveyor belt (3.2), where it is dried by the air jets emerging from the air nozzles (8). On the lowest conveyor belt (3.3) the web (6) is also dried from the back. Each conveyor belt (3.1, 3.2, 3.3) has an associated vibration generator (4.1, 4.2, 4.3) which sets the high-tension fabric belt in vibration. <IMAGE>

Eine Vorrichtung zum Krumpfen und Finishen von textilen Warenbahnen enthält in einem Gehäuse (1) drei übereinanderliegende endlose Förderbänder (3.1, 3.2., 3.3), auf denen eine feucht vorbehandelte Warenbahn (6) locker liegend durch die Behandlungsstationen geführt wird. Ein Eingangsförderband (11) führt die Warenbahn (6) dem ersten Förderband (3.1) zu, wo sie mit Hilfe einer Hochfrequenz-Erwärmungseinrichtung (7) augeheizt wird. Ein Übergabeband (10) führt die aufgeheizte, noch feuchte Warenbahn (6) zugfrei auf das zweite Förderband (3.2), wo sie durch aus Luftdüsen (8) austretende Luftstrahlen getrocknet wird. Auf dem untersten Förderband (3.3) wird auch die Rückseite der Warenbahn (6) getrocknet. Jedem Förderband (3.1, 3.2, 3.3) ist ein Vibrationserzeuger (4.1, 4.2., 4.3) zugeordnet, der das stahlhart gespannte Gewebeband in Schwingungen versetzt.
