Abstract (en)
1. An assembly of a container (2, 32) whose neck (1, 31) carries an outer screw thread (3, 33) and a stopper (4, 34) provided on one hand with a helical inner groove (5, 35) formed on a lateral skirt (20, 50) and limited by an inner screw thread (6, 30) having the same pitch (p) as the outer screw thread (3, 83) of the neck (1, 31), and on the other hand with a sealing member (7, 37) against which bears the upper end (8, 38) of the neck (1, 31) when the stopper (4, 34) is partly screwed by its helical groove (5, 35) on the screw thread (3, 33) of the neck (1, 31), one of two elements constituted by the stopper (4, 34) and the neck (1, 31) being provided with at least one abutment (15, 16, 25, 26) in the vicinity of its lower end while the other element carries, also in the vicinity of its lower end, at least one projection or lock cooperating by contact with said abutment, the assembly being such that this projection or lock becomes placed against the corresponding abutment when the stopper (4, 34) is substantially fully screwed and prevents the unscrewing of the latter until a user exerts a transverse thrust (f1 , f2 ) suitably located on the stopper (4, 34) to cause the projection or lock to escape from the corresponding abutment and at the same time turns the stopper (4, 34) in the unscrewing direction through a sufficient angle to cause the projection or lock to travel beyond the abutment, after which the user may unscrew the stopper (4) without continuing to exert said transverse thrust, characterized in that the stopper (4, 34) carries on the same skirt (20, 50) the inner screw thread (6, 36) and the abutment (25, 26) or the projection or lock and is so arranged as to be substantially indeformable under the effect of said transverse thrust and the respective radial dimensions of the abutment and projection or lock are so determined, as a function of the clearance between the various turns of the screw threads (3, 33; 6, 36) of the neck (1, 31) and stopper (4, 34), that this transverse thrust causes a tilting of the whole of the stopper (4, 34) with respect to the neck (1, 31) so that the projection or lock escapes from the corresponding abutment.

Le goulot (1), à filetage extérieur (3), d'un récipient (2) est obturé à l'aide d'un bouchon (4), à filetage intérieur (6), qui est normalement coaxial au goulot (1) mais peut être incliné latéralement par rapport à celui-ci comme représenté. Le goulot (1) porte une butée (15) qui s'engage normalement dans une interruption du filetage (6) du bouchon (4). Le débouchage exige à la fois de faire tourner le bouchon (4) et de l'incliner latéralement pour dégager la butée (15).
