1. A hand actuating mechanism for a casting ladle slider-type closure means (1), comprising a push-pull bar (9) for displacing the slider plate (4), which bar (9) is pivotally connected to a slider plate carrier (7) and a push-pull crank (10) which is rotatable by meankans of an actuating bar (14), characterised in that the push-pull crank (10) is rotatable through at least 180 degrees wherein the sliding travel movement of the slider plate (4) and the angle of rotation of the push-pull crank (10) are so matched to each other that the fully open position and the fully closed position of the slider plate (4) coincide with the two dead centre points of the crank drive (9, 10).

Abstract (de)

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Handbetätigungsmechanismus für einen Gießpfannenschieberverschluß (1) mit einer die Schieberplatte (4) verschiebenden Schub- und Zugstange (9), die gelenkig mit einem Schieberplattenträger (7) und einer Schub- und Zugkurbel (10) verbunden ist, welche mittels einer Betätigungsstange (14) verdrehbar ist. Um bei einem derartigen Handbetätigungsmechanismus am Anfang des Verschiebeweges aus der Schließstellung bzw. der Öffnungsstellung heraus eine sehr große Betätigungskraft zur Verfügung zu haben, schlägt die Erfindung vor, daß die Schub- und Zugkurbel (10) um mindestens 180° verdrehbar ist, wobei der Verschiebeweg der Schieberplatte (4) und der Verdrehwinkel der Kurbel (10) so aufeinander abgestimmt sind, daß volle Öffnungsstellung und die volle Schließstellung der Schieberplatte (4) mit den beiden Totpunkten des Kurbeltriebes (9, 10) zusammenfallen.
