[origin: WO8501068A1] Unit enabling to extract a gas blow brick having a metal mantle, easily, rapidly and without any particular disturbance due to dirt, from a holed brick, respectively a holed brick sleeve. Said unit is comprised of a frame (1) bearing against the outside of the holed brick (2), respectively of the holed brick sleeve or against the outer wall of a metallurgical container, a traction rod (3) movably and axially directed with respect to the frame and orientable with respect to the medial axis of the gas blow brick (5), a coupling device (4) provided on the traction rod (3) for connecting the traction rod end to the gas blow brick (5), as well as a drive device (10) for moving the traction rod (3) in the direction deviating from the holed brick (2). The coupling device (4) is comprised of a coupling part (16) bearing on the traction rod (3), a countercoupling part (18) secured to the gas blow brick (5) as well as a coupling pin (28) pluggable through aligned holes (20, 27) into both coupling parts (16, 18).

Um einen blechummantelten Gasspülstein einfach, schnell und ohne nennenswerte Schmutzbelästigung aus einem Lochstein bzw. einer Lochsteinhülse herausziehen zu können, ist eine Vorrichtung konzipiert worden. Diese besteht aus einem Gestell (1) zum Abstützen an der Außenseite des Lochsteins (2) bzw. der Lochsteinhülse oder an der Außenwand eines metallurgischen Gefäßes, einer in dem Gestell relativ zu diesem axial verschieblich geführten Zugstange (3), die zu der Mittelachse des Gasspülsteins (5) fluchtend ausrichtbar ist, einer an der Zugstange (3) vorgesehenen Kupplungseinrichtung (4) zum Ankuppeln des Zugstangenendes an den Gasspülstein (5) sowie einer Antriebseinrichtung (10) zur Verschiebung der Zugstange (3) in die von dem Lochstein (2) weg weisende Richtung. Die Kupplungseinrichtung (4) besteht aus einem an der Zugstange (3) sitzenden Kupplungsteil (16), einem an dem Gasspülstein (5) befestigten Gegenkupplungsteil (18) sowie einem Kupplungsbolzen (28), der durch zueinander fluchtende Bohrungen (20, 27) in den beiden Kupplungsteilen (16, 18) hindurchsteckbar ist.
