Die Flaschenzapfeinrichtung besitzt ein topfförmiges durch einen Deckel (3) druckdicht verschließbares Gehäuse (1) mit einem zylindischen Innenraum, welches eine Anzahl eine regelmäßige Anordnung einnehmender Flaschen (11,11') gleichen Durchmessers dicht umschließt. Am Deckel (3) sind in die Flaschen (11,11') bis auf den Boden hin reichende Steigrohre (12) vorgesehen, die mit einem Zapfhahn (6) verbunden sind. Die Flaschen (11, 11') münden dichtungsfrei in den Innenraum (20), und es ist der gesamte Innenraum (20) unter Druck setzbar.
