[origin: WO8403251A1] A method of producing articles from polyurethane foam which comprises forming a core of low density material, placing the core within a mould so that at least part of the core is spaced apart from the wall of the mould and injecting materials to form a skin of polyurethane foam into the space between the core and the wall of the mould, the skin having a density greater than the density of the core.
