[origin: WO8403446A1] The physical training apparatus is comprised of a plane product consisting of four annular segments which are interconnected in a fixed or movable way by means of a device. The segments are arranged in a plane and they are axially symmetric with respect to an axis perpendicular to said plane. The advantages of this instrument are the following: it may be used by anybody, at any age, as well as by one or a plurality of persons, and it is of simple construction.

L'appareil d'entraînement physique se compose d'un produit plat comportant quatre segments annulaires qui sont reliés entre eux d'une manière fixe ou mobile grâce à un dispositif. Les segments sont disposés dans un plan et ils sont axialement symétriques par rapport à un axe perpendiculaire à ce plan. Les avantages de cet instrument sont les suivants: il peut être utilisé par tout le monde, quel que soit l'âge, ainsi que par une ou plusieurs personnes, et il est construit simplement.
