Abstract (en)
Apparatus for recording data related to the vehicle and to the driver. The data related to the vehicle are transmitted by an appropriate transmitter and the values are reported by means of a RAM memory into a data cassette (3) by an electronic microprocessor system (MC, RAM, ROM). The data related to the driver, particularly the informations concerning the time groups corresponding to the driving duration planning, are also recorded into the data cassette (3) by the setting of graduated switches (8, 9). But these informations are also recorded on a data card (7) which is also plugged in. Another graduated switch (10) enables to visualize the data contained in the data card (7) on a digital display (11) which may be alternatively used to display the time and date by means of a functional watch unit (UD). It is possible to use a mobile computing instrument (15) in order to archive, during road traffic checks, the content of the data card (7).

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Datenerfassungsgerät für die Erfassung fahrzeug- und fahrerbezogener Daten. Die fahrzeugbezogenen Daten werden mittels entsprechender Geber übertragen und die Werte mit Hilfe eines Speichers RAM in einer Datenkassette 3 durch ein elektronisches Mikroprozessorsystem MC, RAM, ROM aufgezeichnet. Die fahrerbezogenen Daten, wie insbesondere die Zeitgruppeninformationen entsprechend der Arbeitszeitverordnung, werden durch Einstellen von Stufenschaltern 8, 9 ebenfalls in der Datenkassette 3 registriet. Zusätzlich aber werden diese Informationen auf einer Datenkarte 7 registriert, die ebenfalls eingesteckt wird. Die Informationen der Datenkarte 7 können vermittels eines weiteren Stufenschalters 10 an einer Digitalanzeige 11 sichtbar gemacht werden, die alternativ zur Anzeige der Uhrzeit und des Datums mit Hilfe eines Uhrenbausteines UD benutzt werden kann. Ein mobiles Auswertegerät 15 kann eingesetzt werden, um bei Straßenverkehrskontrollen den Inhalt der Datenkarte 7 zu archivieren.
