The device consists of a pot-like container (A) and a lid (B) which can be placed on the container and has a number of concentrically arranged penetration openings (8). The lid has a closed hollow space (10) to receive a refrigerant. The side wall (2) and the bottom (1) of the container are designed with double walls, the outer and inner wall (3, 4) being arranged at a distance from one another and the intermediate space being closed off. The outer wall, which projects upwards beyond the inner wall, and the upper covering (5) of the intermediate space between outer wall and inner wall serve as support for the lid.

Bei einer Vorrichtung zum Kühlen von Flaschen od. dgl., die aus einem topfartigen Behälter (A) und einem auf den Behälter aufsetzbaren Deckel (B) mit mehreren konzentrisch angeordneten Durchtrittsöffnungen (8) besteht, weist der Deckel einen geschlossenen Hohlraum (10) zur Aufnahme eines Kühlmittels auf. Die Seitenwandung (2) und der Boden (1) des Behälters sind doppelwandig ausgebildet, wobei die Außen- und Innenwandung (3,4) im Abstand zueinander angeordnet sind und der Zwischenraum abgeschlossen ist. Die nach oben die Innenwandung überragende Außenwandung und die obere Abdeckung (5) des Zwischenraums zwischen Außenwandung und Innenwandung dienen als Träger für den Deckel.
