The invention relates to a body and muscle training apparatus with which, with the aid of a cam disc (1) which rotates with the exercise, the load can be adjusted to the course of the exercise. In order to enable this load to be varied, it is proposed that the axis of rotation (8) of the disc (1) be designed to be adjustable. The change in the distance ratios thus produced results in a change in the loading pattern. <IMAGE>

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Einrichtung für das Körper- und Muskeltraining, bei der mit Hilfe einer sich mit der Übung drehenden Kurvenscheibe (1) eine Anpassung der Belastung an den Übungsablauf vorgenommen werden kann. Um diese Belastung variieren zu können, wird vorgeschlagen, die Drehachse (8) der Scheibe (1) verstellbar zu gestalten. Die dadurch bewirkte Veränderung von Abstandsverhältnissen hat eine Veränderung des Belastungsablaufes zur Folge.
