[origin: US4635732A] In a power-driven, hand-held tool provided with a pneumatic motor, the stator of the motor is comprised of a central tube of steel and two end flanges of plastics applied onto the central tube by injection molding. The impeller rotor of the motor is supported within the stator and assembled with the stator to form a complete motor assembly which is supported within the cylindrical housing of the tool by means of elastic rings which protect the tool against oscillations. The motor assembly can be assembled and tested outside the tool housing.

Es wird ein kraftbetriebenes Handwerkzeug (2) mit einem Druckluftmotor (3) vorgeschlagen, dessen Stator aus einem Statorrohr (36) aus Stahl und zwei auf dieses aufgespritzten Statorflanschen (29,41) aus Kunststoff besteht. Diese kompakte Statoreinheit (36, 29,41) ist sehr genau und dennoch sehr einfach zu fertigen. Sie ist über elastische Ringe (28) und (44) schwingungstechnisch vom Gehäuse des Handwerkzeuges entkoppelt und macht dieses Handwerkzeug leiser. Der mit diesem Stator versehene Druckluftmotor (3) kann fertigungsgünstig außerhalb des Handwerkzeugs (2) montiert und geprüft werden. Er ist mit geringen Kosten herstellbar und arbeitet mit hohem spezifischen Wirkungsgrad.
