[origin: US4570743A] In order to hold at a minimum the noise emission of the winding gear in a winding unit of a spinning machine for the processing of endless filaments, the winding unit is provided with a noise protection door which is pivotingly translatable from an initial or idle position at the side of the winding unit into an operating position in front of the winding unit. The noise protection door comprises a guide portion which is supported or guided by means of rolls and guide pins and a noise protection portion pivotally supported on the guide portion by means of pivot pins. The guide pins forming part of the guide portion and the guide pins forming part of the noise protection portion project into two guide grooves arranged in mirror-image fashion, one of which is provided in a floor plate and the other in a cover of the winding unit. Thus the guide portion is guided in a straight line and the noise protection portion is pivotally guided.

Um an einer Aufspuleinheit einer Spinnmaschine zur Verarbeitung von Endlosfilamenten die Lärmemissionen des Aufspulgetriebes auf einem Minimum zu halten, wird die Aufspuleinheit erfindungsgemäss mit einer Schallschutztüre (10) versehen, die aus einer Ausgangsposition (A), seitlich der Aufspuleinheit (1), in eine Betriebsposition (B) vor die Aufspuleinheit schieb- respektive schwenkbar ist. Die Schallschutztüre (10) umfasst einen Führungsteil (11), der mittels Rollen (17, 18) und Führungszapfen (14) abgestützt, respektive geführt ist, und einen am Führungsteil (11) mittels Schwenkbolzen (12) schwenkbar gelagerten Schallschutzteil (13). Die zum Führungsteil (11) gehörenden Führungszapfen (14) sowie die zum Schallschutzteil (13) gehörenden Führungszapfen ragen in zwei spiegelbildlich angeordnete Führungsnuten (15, 16 respektive 15a, 16a), von denen die eine in einer Bodenplatte (9) und die andere in einer Abdeckung (8) der Spuleinheit vorgesehen ist. Dadurch wird einerseits der Führungsteil (11) geradlinig und der Schallschutzteil (13) schwenkbar geführt.
