[origin: WO8404127A1] The self propelled scaffolding is intended to be used for buildings (1) having a closed contour and has a structure and a working floor provided on a horizontal bracket (2) of the structure, the cable tensioner (15) having two clamping parts (101, 102) movable with respect to each other. According to the invention, there are provided on the structure two jaws (7) which are each joined to the outer surface (4) of the building (1) by an independent removable junction, one jaw being secured to the structure and the others (7) being secured together or with the first jaw by an element adjustable in length. The cable tensioner (15) is compact and actuated by a fluid underpressure, each clamping part (101, 102) having at least one clamping device (104) actuated by a working cylinder (105, 106; 142).
