1. Press fastener connection of a press fastener member (11") having female coupling surfaces (15") to a carrier web (32), in particular an article of clothing, having a prefabricated structural unit (10") which is arranged on one side (33) of the carrier web, comprising on the one hand a metal fixing member (12") such as a toothed ring, with deformable holding elements (24") which are carried on a flat (48), such as prongs which can be bent over, and on the other hand a press fastener member (12") with a flange which lies on the carrier web (32) and which engages around the outer peripheral edge (57) of the ring (48) of the fixing member (12"), and a co-operating holding member (35; 35') which is arranged on the opposite side (34) of the carrier web and which retains the ends, which pass through the carrier web (32), of the holding elements (24") of the structural unit (10") in a deformed and in particular a bent-over condition, characterised in that a plastics plate (46) in the form of a cup (50) with a U-shaped radial profile forms the press fastener member (11") whose cup side wall (54) can be flanged over around the flat ring (48) of the fixing member (12") and thereby produces the flange of the press fastener member (11"), while the cup bottom (51) is provided with slots (18") and an opening (16") and thereby forms the female coupling surfaces (15").

Bei einer Druckknopfverbindung an Trägerbahnen (32) werden Druckknopfteile aus Kunststoff verwendet, die einen Flansch (14) mit patrizen- oder matrizenförmigen (11) Kuppelflächen aufweisen. Für die Verbindung wird zugleich ein metallischer Befestigungsteil (12) verwendet, der mit Halteelementen (24) die Trägerbahn durchstößt. Für eine gute farbliche Anpassung und feste Verbindung wird vorgeschlagen, den kunststofflichen Druckknopfteil mit dem metallischen Befestigungsteil eine Baueinheit bilden zu lassen, wo die Schauseite des Flansches vom Druckknopfteil frei von Halteelementen ist. Die Halteelemente befinden sich auf der Flanschrückseite und wirken mit seinem Gegenhalter (35) zusammen, der auf der gegenüberliegenden Trägerbahnseite (34) angeordnet ist.
