[origin: US4577775A] In order to ensure, in a cup-shaped container, that the base can be pressed out in a trouble-free manner even with an economical use of materials and is sufficiently stable after moving from one position into another, radially extending groove- or rib-shaped profiles which converge to form a hollow central area are provided in the base. The height of the said profiles of the base advantageously decreases from the central area towards the outer ends of the profiles.

Um bei einem becherförmigen Behältnis zu erreichen, daß sich der Boden auch bei sparsamem Materialeinsatz einwandfrei auslenken läßt und nach dem Überführen aus einer in eine andere Lage ausreichend stabil ist, sind im Boden radial verlaufende rillen- bzw. rippenförmige Profilierungen (8) od.dgl. ausgeformt, die zu einem hohlen Zentrumsbereich (9) zusammenlaufen. Die Höhe dieser Profilierungen (8) des Bodens 6 nimmt zweckmäßig vom Zentrumsbereich (9) bis zu den äußeren Enden der Profilierungen (8) hin ab.
