1. Door holding device, applicable in particular to car doors, and of the type comprising a resiliently deformable element (2) associated with said door (14) or with the frame (15) of this door and which can be compressed during the movement of the door in order ro create a hard point which, after crossing, renders it possible in particular to keep the door in a fully opend position, characterized in that the resiliently deformable element (2) comprises a first part (3) a second part (5) covered with a friction organ (6) which rests through sliding and without rolling on the frame (15) if the socket (1) is solid with the door (14), or on the door (14) if the socket (1) is solid with the frame (15).

La présente invention concerne un dispositif de retenue de porte. Ce dispositif comprend essentiellement un organe élastiquement déformable (2) monté de manière réglable dans un socle (1) et coiffé par un organe de friction (6) prenant appui sur l'encadrement de la porte si le socle (1) est solidaire de la porte, ou bien sur la porte si le socle (1) est solidaire de l'encadrement. Le dispositif de l'invention s'applique notamment aux portes de véhicules automobiles.
