[origin: ES283092U] In a paper towel dispenser of the type in which a user grasps a piece of the towel web projecting from a dispenser to pull out a section, which is thereupon automatically severed from the web, the improvement of belting together an internal drum which is driven by the web to sever the web and a safety roller, located at the slot through which the web is dispensed, in such an arrangement that the web is guided by the belt in its transit from the internal drum to the safety roller at the slot.

Un organe de coupe dentelé est réalisé en deux parties (7a1) et (7a2) et logé à coulissement dans un organe-support (7) monté pivotant dans le tambour (3) d'entraînement du matériau, et coopérant avec des moyens (4c) assurant la saillie périodique de l'organe de coupe hors du tambour en vue de la coupe du matériau, cela afin d'autoriser un règlage de l'espace entre les parties dudit organe d'une part pour le passage d'un moyen de transmission de mouvement de rotation entre le tambour et un organe de sécurité (38) positionné au niveau de l'ouverture du passage de la ou des bandes de matériau distribuées et, d'autre part, pour ajuster la largeur de la ligne non coupée de la bande du fait de l'absence de dent à cet endroit.
