[origin: WO8404693A1] The ski has a width which substantially doubles that of a ski for downhill or excursion skiing, and is comprised between 12 and 15 centimeters, and its length is five to six time its width. The ski comprises a cambered portion (3) forming a concave bottom surface and separated from the spatula (1) by a substantially planar portion (4). The rear part (5) of the cambered portion is planar and goes down under the plane (6) defined by the planar portion (4). A removable retainer plate is inserted under the sole of the ski and comprises retainer clips enabling to ski uphill.

Le ski a une largeur sensiblement double de celle d'un ski de descente ou de randonné, comprise entre 12 et 15 centimètres, et sa longueur comprise entre cinq et six fois sa largeur. Il comprend une portion cambrée (3) formant une surface inférieure concave, et séparée de la spatule (1) par une portion sensiblement plane (4). La partie arrière (5) de la portion cambrée est plane et descend en dessous du plan (6) défini par la portion plane (4). Une plaque de retenue amovible est rapportée sous la semelle du ski, et comprend des crampons de retenue permettant la montée.
