Abstract (en)
1. A press for pressing out fluid-containing substances, namely agricultural and chemical products, with a closed container (2) which is displaceable in rotation round its horizontal longitudinal axis (1), a filling and emptying opening (5), closable by a lid (6), being arranged in the container jacket, opposite which opening is a juice outlet in the pressing space (9), a pressing membrane (7), adapted to the shape of the container and consisting of flexible material, being arranged in the interior of the container (2), which membrane divides the inner space into a pressure-medium space and a pressing space (8, 9), and the membrane (7) being secured at the edge of the filling and emptying opening (5) and leak-proof to the juice outlet (11) against leaks of pressure-medium, characterised in that within the pressing space (9) between the juice outlet (11) and the filling and emptying opening (5) is arranged at least one fluid-permeable tube (12) with elongated cross-section which extends over the diameter of the container (2) and in the direction of the container axis (1).
Abstract (de)
Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine Presse zum Auspressen von flüssigkeitshaltigen Stoffen, bei der ein geschlossener Behälter 2 vorgesehen ist, der um seine waagerechte Längsachse 1 in Rotation versetzbar ist. Der Behälter 2 besitzt eine Einfüll- und Entleeröffnung (5), die mit einem Deckel (6) verschließbar ist, wobei gegenüberliegend ein Saftablauf (11) vorgesehen ist. Im Inneren des Behälters befindet sich eine der Behälterform angepaßte Preßmembrane (7), die den Behälter (2) in einen Preßraum (9) und einen Druckmittelraum (8) teilt. Zwischen dem mit einer Saftabflußmöglichkeit versehenen Deckel (6) und den gegenüberliegenden Ablauföffnungen (11) befinden sich flüssigkeitsdurchlässige Saftkanäle (12), die im Durchmesserbereich des Behälters (2) liegen. Eine druckmitteldichte Befestigung der Membrane erfolgt zum Rand der Öffnung (5) sowie des bzw. der Saftkanäle (12) hin.
