[origin: WO8502652A1] Floating coupling sleeve apparatus (7) for achieving a sealed, reversible, telecontrolled connection of pipes, particularly immersed or hardly accessible pipes provided with connectors complementary of connectors (8, 9) carried by the floating sleeve at its ends. The apparatus comprises a positioning device (17, 21, 22, 23, 24) of the floating sleeve (7) with respect to a reference plane defined by a rectilinear rolling path of a fixed structure (18). The positioning device comprises an articulation joint (23, 24) mounted on the middle of the sleeve (7) and three carriages mounted one on top of the other so as to move with a rectilinear motion each along a displacement axis perpendicular to that of the other two carriages, the transfer carriage (17) which carries the other two carriages moving on the rolling path under the action of jacks (31A, 31B), the carriage (22) carried by the other two carriages carrying itself the articulation joint and consequently the sleeve. The apparatus is particularly intended to underwater oil exploitations.

Appareillage de raccordement de canalisations notamment immergées ou peu accessibles dotées de connecteurs complémentaires des connecteurs (8, 9) portés par la manchette flottante à ses extrémités. L'appareillage comporte un dispositif de positionnement (17, 21, 22, 23, 24) de manchette flottante (7) par rapport à un plan de référence défini par un chemin rectiligne de roulement d'une structure fixe (18). Le dispositif de positionnement comporte une rotule d'articulation (23, 24) montée sur le milieu de la manchette (7) et trois chariots montés l'un sur l'autre de manière à se déplacer rectilignement chacun selon un axe de déplacement perpendiculaire à celui des deux autres, le chariot de transfert (17) qui porte les deux autres se déplaçant sur le chemin de roulement, sous l'action de vérins (31A, 31B), le chariot (22) porté par les deux autres portant lui-même la rotule d'articulation et par conséquent la manchette. L'appareillage est notamment destiné aux exploitations pétrolières sous-marines.
