The force exerted by a floating roof on the liquid in a tank alters, for example, in the event of a snow covering. In order to compensate for such interferences, the force exerted by the floating roof on the liquid is determined, the measurement value is transferred from the tank area via light guides and is used for compensation in the tank weighing installation.

Die von einem Schwimmdach auf die Flüssigkeit in einem Tank ausgeübte Kraft ändert sich z.B. bei Schneeauflage. Zur Kompensation derartiger Störeinflüsse wird die vom Schwimmdach auf die Flüssigkeit ausgeübte Kraft festgestellt, der Meßwert über Lichtleiter aus dem Tankbereich übertragen und in der Tankwägeeinrichtung zur Kompensation verwendet.
