Abstract (en)
This comprises an injector 1 and a support portion 2. Injector 1 includes a pressure buffer tube 6 for containing adhesive, a tubular coupler member 9 on the end(s) of tube 6, and a check valve 10 between the end(s) of tube 6 and coupler 9. Support portion 2 includes a base member 3 for location on the crack and a tubular coupler projection 4 on which coupler 9 is to be fitted, so that check valve 10 is pressed open. Thus the adhesive in tube 6 is filled into the crack by gradual and continuous contraction of tube 6. Further adhesive can be provided to tube 6 via the coupler 9 and valve 10 at the other end of tube 6. <IMAGE>

Bei einem Verfahren bzw. einer Vorrichtung zum Injizieren von Bindemitteln oder Dichtungsmaterial in Risse in Betonbauteilen od. dgl., mit einem, an dem Riß über ein Befestigungsstück (2) anbringbaren Anschlußrohr (4) und einem, an einer Pumpe anschließbaren Zufuhrungsrohr (9, 9') wobei das Bindemittel unter Druck über das Anschlußrohr (4) in den Riß einspritzbar ist, ist eine mit dem Anschlußrohr (4) verbindbare Einrichtung (6) zur Pufferung des unter Druck eingespritzten Bindemittels vorgesehen, der über das Zuführungsrohr (9, 9') das Bindemittel zugeführt und deren Volumen beim Einfüllen des Bindemittels vergrößert und bei Beendigung des Einfullvorgangs unter Einspritzen des gespeicherten Bindemittels in den Riß verkleinert wird.
