[origin: WO8404906A1] The plastic closure which may be placed on solid or deformable containers or which may be an integral part of a container, has a lower portion (1) and a cover or cap (2). The cap (2) is integrally connected to the lower portion (1) by at least one securing band (3). The securing bands (3) are arranged within a plane (E) intersecting the plastic closure, i.e. the cap (2) and the lower portion (1) when the closure is closed. It is possible to make the closure with or without a hinge (5). The arrangement of the securing bands according to the disclosure generates a closing force. Such closures may be used for a plurality of different containers or be integral with a box.

La fermeture en plastique, qui peut être placée sur des récipients solides ou déformables ou qui fait partie intégrante d'un récipient, possède une partie inférieure (1) et un capuchon (2) ou couvercle. Le capuchon (2) est relié de manière intégrale à la partie inférieure (1) par au moins une bande de fixation (3). Les bandes de fixation (3) sont situées dans un plan (E) coupant la fermeture en plastique, c'est-à-dire le capuchon (2) et la partie inférieure (1) lorsque la fermeture est fermée. Il est possible de réaliser la fermeture avec ou sans charnière (5). La disposition des bandes de fixation selon la manière décrite ci-dessus crée une force de fermeture. De telles fermetures peuvent être utilisées ppour une pluralité de récipients différents, ou faire partie intégrante d'une boîte.
