1. Process for producing a staircase element (1) with at least one concrete U-shaped or curved flight of stairs (5) having a plurality of steps, and with an outer limiting wall (2, 3, 4; 47) of the staircase element, the said limiting wall at least partially surrounding the flight of stairs on its outer periphery, extending in the direction of ascent of the flight of stairs (5), likewise being made of concrete, reaching from the bottom edge of the staircase element (1) to the top edge and, together with the U-shaped or curved flight of stairs (7), forming a self-supporting unit, characterized in that the flight of stairs (5), together with the limiting wall (2, 3, 4; 47), is produced in one casting in a single mould.
Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Verfahren zum Herstellen einer Gebäudetreppe (1) oder eines Treppenelementes (1), bei dem (Verfahren) die Treppe (5) einstückig mit einer sie an ihrem Außenumfang zumindest teilweise umschließenden Wand (2, 3, 4) aus Beton hergestellt wird. Weiterhin bezieht sich die Erfindung auf eine für das vorgenannte Verfahren geeignete Schalung, die sich aus einer einen Formraum für die Treppe (5) sowie für die Wand (2, 3, 4) aus Beton begrenzenden Außen- und Innenschalung zusammensetzt, wobei für die Schalung fabrikmäßig vorgefertigte Teile verwendet werden, die so ausgebildet sind, daß die Treppe (5) mit der Betonwand (2, 3, 4) in einem Guß hergestellt werden kann, trotzdem ein Entschalen möglich ist.
