A plot, or record, of the slope measurements versus heart beat rate, point in an exercise protocol, or the like, is provided from which subjects having coronary artery disease (CAD) may be distinguished from subjects without CAD.

Procédé et appareil pour obtenir de manière récurrente une mesure de la pente systolique de l'onde de pression sanguine dans l'artère d'un sujet pendant une série d'activités physiques, ou d'exercices. Un plan ou enregistrement des mesures de la pente par rapport au taux de pulsation cardiaque, un point dans un protocole d'exercice ou autre est prévu permettant de distinguer entre les sujets souffrant d'une affection de l'artère coronaire (CAD) et les sujets exempts de CAD.
