A fibre blend which contains hard textile waste is prepared for open-end spinning on a roller-and-clearer card and a subsequent flat card. According to the invention, the roller-and-clearer card is connected to the flat card via a storage system. The storage system used is preferably a collecting shaft, which is connected to the roller-and-clearer card exit point via a pipeline having a suction slot for the roller-and-clearer-card web. The apparatus ensures thorough opening of the hard textile waste on the roller-and-clearer card and a constantly highly uniform supply of the material to the flat card. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Eine Fasermischung, die harte Textilabfälle enthält, wird auf einer Walzenkrempel und einer nachfolgenden Deckelkarde für das Offenend-Spinnen vorbereitet. Erfindungsgemäß ist die Walzenkrempel über einen Speicher mit der Deckelkarde verbunden. Als Speicher dient vorzugsweise ein Füllschacht, der durch eine Rohrleitung mit einem Ansaugschlitz für das Krempelvlies mit dem Ausgang der Walzenkrempel verbunden ist. Die Vorrichtung gewährleistet eine gründliche Auflösung der harten Textilabfälle auf der Walzenkrempel und stets eine möglichst gleichmäße Einspeisung des Material an der Deckelkarde.
