[origin: US4587756A] A magazine (1) for a small arm comprising a follower spring (3) and a follower (6), and means for indicating the loading condition of the magazine is characterized in that indicator means (4, 5) responding to the position of a section (3') of the follower spring (3) located at a distance from the follower (6) are provided at a point of the magazine (1) which is visible when the firearm is ready to fire. This permits the loading condition to be determined in a very simple manner.

Ein Magazin (1) für eine Handfeuerwaffe, mit einer Zubringerfeder (3) und einem Zubringer (6) und einer Vorrichtung zum Erkennen des Füllzustandes des Magazins, ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an einer bei schußbereiter Waffe sichtbaren Stelle des Magazins (1) eine auf die Stellung eines im Abstand vom Zubringer (6) liegenden Teils (3') der Zubringerfeder (3) ansprechende Anzeigevorrichtung (4, 5) vorgesehen ist. Dadurch kann der Füllzustand sehr leicht festgestellt werden.
