A cantilever plate connecting element in which all reinforcement irons (5, 6) traverse an insulating layer (4), with reinforcement irons for the tensile absorption (5) and with means for the pressure absorption as well as reinforcement irons for the shear absorption (6) arranged diagonally with respect to the cross section of the insulating layer, all iron pieces being of stainless steel, characterized in that the reinforcement irons for the tensile absorption (5) and the means for the pressure absorption which are at the same time the reinforcement irons traversing the insulating layer, from closed loops or are bent in form of a U at their extremities, in that the irons for the shear absorption (6) and the reinforcement irons (5) follow each other alternatively and in that on both sides of the insulating layer (4), the reinforcement irons (5) and the extremities of the irons for the shear absorption (6) are connected together by transverse rods (8).
