[origin: US4676441A] A package comprising a tube onto which a yarn, wire, tape of the like is wound by a precision winding characterized in that during the winding of the package the ratio formed from the speed of rotation of the package and the traverse speed of the yarn remains constant, in order to provide optimum characteristics with respect to the course of the package such as the mass distribution of the yarn of the package and with respect to yarn winding. A process for winding the yarn on the package with a constant circumferential speed and a device for performing the precision winding process is disclosed.

Eine Präzisionsspule aus strang- oder fadenförmigem Gut ist mit optimalen Windungszahlen so bewickelt, dass eine gleichmässige Verteilung des Wickelgutes auf der Spule erreicht wird. Die Windungszahl wird in vielen Stufen so geändert, dass der Kreuzungswinkel annähernd konstant bleibt. Die Vorrichtung zur Herstellung derartiger Spulen besteht aus einer Treibwalze (5) zum Umfangsantrieb der Spule (4), einem Changierfadenführer (2) zur Verlegung des Fadens (1) axialer Richtung, einem Eingabegerät (11) zur Eingabe von Werten für die Festlegung des charakteristischen Spulenaufbaus, einem Rechner (12), der aus diesen Werten die Steuersignale ermittelt und einem Steuergerät (13), das die Changierfrequenz entsprechend diesen Steuersignalen und der Umlauffrequenz der Spule winkelsynchron steuert.
