Abstract (en)
For automatically replacing fully wound reels with empty reels in formed-web-winding machines, the empty reels are placed in a predetermined angular position on axially parallel rods of a star of spokes which can be rotated in the vertical plane. These reels are presented to the formed-web end by rotating the star. Said web end is attached to the reel body and the reel, after being fully formed by rotating the star of spokes, is brought into the removal position. <IMAGE>

Zum automatischen Auswechseln voll gewickelter mit leeren Spulen bei Formbandwickelmaschinen sind die leeren Spulen in vorbestimmter Winkellage auf achsparallele Stangen eines in vertikaler Ebene drehbaren Speichensterns gesteckt. Sie werden durch Drehen des Sterns dem Formbandende vorgelegt. Dieses wird am Spulenkörper festgelegt und die Spule nach Vollentwicklung durch Drehen des Speichensterns in Abnahmeposition gebracht.
