C, which are compatible with (A). - The novelty is that storage-stable mixes, which can be thermally hardened at 100-200 deg. C, contain, as (Ba), surface-modified, finely-divided, stabilised polyisocyanates with retarded reactivity, in which 0.1-25 equiv.-% of solid, finely-divided di-and/or polyisocyanates (I) with m.pt. above 40 deg. C are reacted with reactive mono- and/or poly-functional cpds. (II), in addn. to (Bb).

Die Erfindung betrifft haftungsvermittelnde Zusätze enthaltende PVC-Plastisole für Beschichtungszwecke, auf Basis von A) PVC-Plastisolen und B) a) Polyisocyanaten b) Weichmachern und/oder leichtverzweigten, höhermolekularen, PVC-Plastisol-verträglichen Polyhydroxylverbindungen mit Schmelzpunkten unter 60°C, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die lagerstabilen, jedoch (bei Temperaturen zwiscmen 100 bis 200°C) hitzehärtbaren PVC-Plastisol/Polyisocyanat-Gemische neben Weichmachern und/oder höhermolekularen Polyhydroxylverbindungen als Ba) oberflächenmodifizierte, feinteilige, stabilisierte Polyisocyanate mit retardierter Reaktivität, bei denen 0,1 bis 25 Äquivalent-% der NCO-Gruppen, vorzugsweise durch Reaktion uit Polyaminen, Hydrazin, Alkylhydrazinen, Polyhydrazidverbindungen und/oder mit ausgewählten Amidin- und/oder Guanidinverbindungen, an der Oberfläche umgesetzt sind, enthalten. Weiterhin wird die Verwendung dieser lagerstabilen, jedoch hitzehärtbaren Plastisolgemische, welche als haftvermittelnde Zusätze die oberflächenmodifizierten, stabilisierten Polyisocyanate, Weichmacher und/oder leicht verzweigte, höhermolekulare, PVC-Plastisol-verträgliche Polyhydroxylverbindungen, vorzugsweise Polyesterpolyole mit einer Funktionalität >= 2,1 und Schmelzpunkten unter 60°C, enthalten, als Haftgrundstriche bei PVC-Beschichtungen auf Kunststoffen, Folien, textilen Flächengebilden oder Filamenten sowie als Haftgrund für Beflockung beansprucht.
