The key switch consists of a contact carrier (1), a spacer film (3), provided with openings (4) for the switching contacts (2, 18), a switching contact foil (5), which has bulges with switching contacts (18) and lies on the spacer film (3), and a covering film (9) lying on the switching contact foil. The bulges of the switching contact foil have at least three webs, produced by free-stampings and running in the shape of a star, of which the web (6) carrying the conductor material (17) is broader than the other webs supporting the web (6). The switching contact foil (5) is produced from dielectric material onto which the conductor layer (17) is impressed, evaporated or otherwise applied. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Der Tastenschalter besteht aus einem Kontaktträger (1), einer mit Öffnungen (4) für die Schaltkontakte (2, 18) versehenen Abstandsfolie (3) einer Wölbungen mit Schaltkontakten (18) aufweisenden und auf der Abstandsfolie (3) aufliegenden Schaltkontaktfolie (5) und einer auf der Schaltkontaktfolie aufliegenden Abdeckfolie (9). Die Wölbungen der Schaltkontaktfolie weisen mindestens drei durch Freistanzungen erzeugte, sternförmig verlaufende Stege auf, von denen der das Leitermaterial (17) tragende Steg (6) breiter ist als die den Steg (6) abstützenden übrigen Stege. Die Schaltkontaktfolie (5) wird aus Isoliermaterial hergestellt, auf das die Leiterschicht (17) aufgedruckt, aufgedampft oder sonstwie aufgebracht ist.
