1. Firing device for missiles (20) from submarine torpedo tubes (1, 2, 3) with compressed water, in which a water cylinder/piston unit (12, 15) with a piston (18), acted upon at both ends, of an operating cylinder arrangement (17, 18, 19) as a drive is connected with a torpedo tube (1, 2, 3) and in which water can be forced into the connected torpedo tube (1) for the firing of the missile, which is sealed off from the torpedo tube (1, 2, 3) to produce a pressure chamber, characterized in that the operating cylinder arrangement (17, 18, 19) for the water cylinder/piston unit (12, 15) is a hydraulic operating cylinder arrangement and may be supplied by at least one water reservoir (28, 29, 30) which may be loaded and the compressed fluid for the firing procedure may be connected with the piston side of the operating cylinder arrangement (21) receiving the piston rod (17), while for the resetting procedure a connection to the other piston side of the operating cylinder arrangement (22) may additionally be introduced.

Bei einer Ausstoßvorrichtung mit einer Wasserzylinder-Kolben-Einheit (12, 15) ist vorgesehen, daß der Antrieb über eine hydraulische Stellzylinderanordnung (17, 18, 19) erfolgt. Hierbei erfolgt eine Energieaufnahme von einem aufladbaren Hydrospeicher (28, 29, 30), wobei die Druckflüssigkeit auf beiden Seiten des Hydraulikkolbens (18) zuführbar ist, um Rückstellbewegungen durchzuführen.
