[origin: US4598344A] To permit selective direction of light from the reflector (9) associated with a single-ended fluorescent lamp (2), the reflector is secured in a separable housing part (4) for the fluorescent lamp (2) of which another housing part (3) retains the socket (2) to receive the base of the single-ended fluorescent lamp (2). The two housing parts (3, 4) can be snapped together in selected angular positions by interengaging, interlocking projection-and-recess connections.

Leuchte für eine einseitig gesockelte Lampe (2), insbesondere eine im wesentlichen zwei parallele Schenkel aufweisende Kompakt-Leuchststofflampe, bei der das Gehäuse aus zwei Teilen (3, 4) besteht. Beide Teile, das die Fassung aufnehmende Teil (3) und das die Lampe (2) überdeckende Teil (4), das auch einen Reflektor enthält, sind lösbar miteinander verbunden. Teil (4) kann zur Änderung der Lichtausstrahlrichtung auch um einen bestimmten Winkel um die Lampenlängsachse gedreht wieder auf Teil (3) aufgesetzt werden.
