Abstract (en)
A sail arrangement of apparatus for skiing using wind propulsion has a mast (1), a sail (4) and a boom (6). The arrangement is symmetrical about a line (I-I) passing through the mid point in its height and the boom (6) is provided on one side of the sail (4) only. Exposed ends (2,3) of the mast (1) have feet (13,14) thereon so that the lower end of the mast can be supported on one of the skis. When the user "goes about" the sail arrangement is inverted so that the other end is thereafter lowermost.
