[origin: US4607862A] The present invention relates to a mobile machine comprising a frame, a beam mounted on the frame and a stabilizing device comprising two arms, each arm being mounted on the beam, pivoting about a pin, being coupled to a first member for adjusting its pivoting with respect to the beam and supporting a sole plate for abutment on the ground, and the pivot pins of the two arms being parallel. The beam is mounted to pivot with respect to the frame about a pin at right angles to the pivot pins of the arms, while a second member for adjusting the pivoting of the beam with respect to the frame is coupled between this beam and this frame. The invention is more particularly applicable to producing a machine which is very stable in operation and having a good ground clearance.

L'invention est relative à un engin mobile comportant un bâti (1), une poutre (3) montée sur le bâti (1), et un dispositif de stabilisation comprenant deux bras (8), chaque bras (8) étant monté sur la poutre (3), pivotant autour d'un axe (9), étant attelé à un premier organe (10) de réglage de son pivotement par rapport à la poutre et supportant une semelle (17) d'appui sur le sol (4), et les axes (9) de pivotement des deux bras étant parallèles. La poutre (3) est montée pivotante par rapport au bâti (1) autour d'un axe (5) orthogonal aux axes de pivotement (9) des bras (8), cependant qu'un deuxième organe (6) de réglage du pivotement de la poutre (3) par rapport au bâti (1) est attelé entre cette poutre et ce bâti. Une application est la réalisation d'un engin très stable en service et ayant une bonne garde au sol.
